Welcome to the seventh in a series of interviews with members of the cast of this year’s Magic Moments production – a carnival-themed, original musical revue.

Uriah and Kamala

This is Uriah’s third year with Magic Moments. Kamala is not only his partner, she’s this year’s production manager and board member. They have a great time singing and dancing together and talking sports. Uriah loves to talk sports and keeps up with all the Denver teams.

Meet Ari

This is Ari’s first year with Magic Moments. She loves the diversity and how friendly and helpful everyone is. We love the fact that she’s a great singer and dancer. We hope she returns year after year!

Q Gets Pied!

At today’s rehearsal we got in the carnival spirit with a spectacular and fun Pie Throw!

Q, our longtime esteemed artistic director, Jonny, our erstwhile music director, and Tony, one of this year’s lead performers, all graciously volunteered their faces as tribute to our pie antics.

Meet the Cast: Trish and the Ziglers

Welcome to the sixth in a series of interviews with members of the cast of this year’s Magic Moments production – a carnival-themed, original musical revue.

Meet Trish

It’s hard to believe, but Trish has done every single one of the 34 Magic Moments shows in as many years. She’s been married to more men in Magic Moments storylines than Elizabeth Taylor. She loves the show, and what it stands for – and you can tell!

Meet the Ziglers

Three generations of the Zigler clan tell you why they’ve been doing Magic Moments collectively for the past twenty years. From leads, to lead dancers, ensemble, kids’ cast assistant director, kids’ cast, and backstage crew – they’ve done it all! And as you’ll see from this video, they’ve got charisma that fills the stage.

Shows

Meet the Cast: Heather, Heather and Laura

Welcome to the fifth in a series of interviews with members of the cast of this year’s Magic Moments production – a carnival-themed, original musical revue. Because this week is Sweet Nothings Week at Magic Moments, our videos this week give you chance to hear more about the Sweet Nothings program directly from folks who’ve been touched by it.

Meet The Heathers

Heather S. and Heather P. are longtime Magic Moments participants and partners in this year’s show. Heather S. is one of our many participants who brings her whole family into the act; you’ll spot both of her kids in our teen cast. Heather P. is super excited that this year she has her very first solo, which she credits to the singing help she’s gotten from the Theatre Arts Scholarship program funded from the sale of Sweet Nothings.

Meet Laura

Laura has a special relationship with Sweet Nothings. As a voice teacher she has the privilege of teaching/coaching many of our scholarship winners. She’s also been in Magic Moments for over 20 years and is a huge supporter of all the work we do.

Sweet Nothings

Do you know a Magic Moments actor who does amazing work? Is there anyone in this year’s show whom you personally want to send some love to? Want to just tell the whole cast to break a leg?

It’s Sweet Nothings week at Magic Moments! That means that you too can purchase a Sweet Nothing for a friend or family member in the cast/crew to tell them how fabulous you think they are.

For only $10 each, a Sweet Nothing is a personalized note, included in our program, that tells your friends and family how much you support them. Sweet Nothings can be purchased in person at any Sunday rehearsal, or online at:

100% of the money raised from the sale of Sweet Nothings goes into our Special Needs Theatre Arts Scholarship, providing opportunities for people with special needs to study the performing arts. Additionally, Magic Moments matches, dollar for dollar, all the money raised towards this program, doubling your donation to this great cause.

EVERYONE loves getting and reading Sweet Nothings, and our scholarship program has already helped many of our talented special needs performers. Please consider purchasing a Sweet Nothing for your loved ones and supporting this amazing program.
